Net Penetration Among Chareidim

Bezek: 19 Percent Of Meah Shearim Residents Connected To Internet

December 31, 2007 According to a report Monday by “Globes”, the number of Chareidim who have Internet is rising. Their report is based on information given to them by BEZEk.

Meah Shearim: 19%
Bnei Brak: 17%

I would surmise that this is at least partly due to American bochurim who have a DSL line for free telephone communications. There probably aren't too many Toldos Aharon chassidim online.
