Litmus Test
As the New Year dawns, let's remember what counts.
The quality of our argument is secondary to the quality of our Torah, mitzvos and avodas hashem. The way to prove the internet is good is by protecting ourselves and our families from negative influences and not letting it injure our or their yiddishkeit.
Let me especially wish those of us not in klei kodesh honorable and halachic parnosas, and those of us in klei kodesh to be there because you want to be there.
May those in chinuch successfully prepare their charges for all the possible routes life can take, and all of the tests they will find themselves in.
And a little secular knowledge is a wonderful thing for yiddishkeit.
May we all successfully negotiate the tests of the New Year.
